Happy Warren Dental Patient Gives Testimony

Warren Dentist: Hi. I’m Doctor Greg Apsey, here in Warren, Michigan, at 11270 13 Mile Road. My office phone number is (586) 573-5700, and I’m here today with one of my long-time patients, and just would like to get some comments from her about her experience in our office. Good morning, Anita.

Warren Dental Patient: Good morning, Dr. Apsey.

Warren Dentist: How are you today?

Warren Dental Patient: I’m fine. Thank you very much.

Warren Dentist: So what did you just have done today in my office?

Warren Dental Patient: We removed a filling that had deteriorated with a cavity under it and put in a new filling and a temporary crown.

Warren Dentist: Right. And next time you’ll come back and have your permanent crown put in.

Warren Dental Patient: Correct.

Warren Dentist: How was the procedure today?

Warren Dental Patient: The procedure went very well, as it always does. It’s a pleasure to come to Dr. Apsey’s office. I’ve always enjoyed all of his procedures. Very thoughtful, very respectful, very concerned, a wonderful doctor. I’m happy to call him my doctor, my dentist.

Warren Dentist: Thank you. Thank you very much. It’s been wonderful having you as my patient all these years.

Warren Dental Patient: Oh, thank you.

Warren Dentist: It’s been how long?

Warren Dental Patient: I think we decided sixteen years.

Warren Dentist: Right. So it’s been a while.

Warren Dental Patient: And I’m seventy six, so that’s a long time, you know

Warren Dentist: Yeah.

Warren Dental Patient: That you’ve been taking care of my mouth. I appreciate all.

Warren Dentist: Well I sure have enjoyed working with you. And, and what other kinds of things have you had done over the years, that, that are remarkable?

Warren Dental Patient: A number of procedures. I’ve had root canals. I’ve had implants. Speaker Implants. Thank you very much, yes with the permanent bridge.

Warren Dentist: Okay, and very happy with all the procedures and things have gone in well and stayed well.

Warren Dental Patient: Yup. Yeah. For many years, you’ve had that implant bridge up in the front for quite some time.

Warren Dentist: Well, you know what; it’s been wonderful working with you through all the years, and, thank you for being my patient.

Warren Dental Patient: So thank you for taking care of me.
