Dental Patient Testimony After Taking off Braces – Warren, MI

Dr. Apsey: Hi Ian how are you today?

Warren Dental Patient: Good.

Dr. Apsey: What happened today?

Warren Dental Patient: Got my braces off.

Dr. Apsey: And how was it wearing braces?

Warren Dental Patient: It was bad, some discomfort, but paid off.

Dr. Apsey: Yeah? Let me see your smile. Looking good. All right. So I think, this is Ian’s dad, Paul.

Warren Dental Patient: Hi.

Dr. Apsey: Hi. How long have you guys been coming here to the office?

Warren Dental Patient: Uh, since Ian’s been 5 or 6.

Dr. Apsey: Yeah. So it’s been a while.

Warren Dental Patient: Yes, he’s now 15, so.

Dr. Apsey: Right. So, what’s your experience like here at the office?

Warren Dental Patient: Had some good times getting my teeth cleaned, and my teeth are white now.

Dr. Apsey: They look good. They look really good. And what about you, Dad? What do you think about this office?

Warren Dental Patient: Oh, I think we’ve had a fabulous experience at this office. Tthe staff is great, and we have fun when we come, and they got a nice fishtank out in the waiting room for the little kids. It’s a good time.

Dr. Apsey: And prizes for the kids.

Warren Dental Patient: Ian doesn’t pick out of the prize box too much anymore.

Dr. Apsey: No, no, we’re past that.

Warren Dental Patient: Yeah.

Dr. Apsey: Alright. Well, you know what, you guys? I’m really glad to have you here as patients in my office. It’s always been a pleasure working with you.

Warren Dental Patient: Well we feel very good to have good care. And in the hands of a good doctor. So this is great for us.

Dr. Apsey: Thanks.
