Dr. Apsey: Hi Amanda, how are you?

Warren Dental Patient: Hi Dr. Greg, I’m doing well.

Dr. Apsey: That’s good. So what did you have done today?

Warren Dental Patient: Oh, unfortunately I had a cavity and I had to have a filling done. But you did an amazing job. I didn’t feel anything, so it did not hurt.

Dr. Apsey: Good, very good. Okay and how long do you think you’ve been coming to see me? It’s been a while right?

Warren Dental Patient: Yes, I’ve been coming here for a very long time. I got braces on when I was 9 so I might have come here before then but I’m 22 now, so over 10 years?

Dr. Apsey: And how did the braces go? That was fun, wasn’t it? Every month with Dr. Greg.

Warren Dental Patient: Yeah, I mean, I got to see your face a lot, which was, I mean, nice.

Dr. Apsey: You’re being kind.

Warren Dental Patient: You know, I couldn’t wait to get them off.

Dr. Apsey: Yes.

Warren Dental Patient: That’s for sure.

Dr. Apsey: Yes, of course.

Warren Dental Patient: I had them on for… can’t even remember.

Dr. Apsey: It was at least two years, for sure.

Warren Dental Patient: Yeah. Oh, it was more than two years. It was, I think, like, five or maybe five to seven. So, I had them for a while.

Dr. Apsey: Was it really that long?

Warren Dental Patient: I got them on in fourth grade

Dr. Apsey: Oh, because you had different braces. You had, did we have to do an initial thing?

Warren Dental Patient: We, yeah, I had like the first four on the upper.

Dr. Apsey: And did you have the thing across the roof of your mouth?

Warren Dental Patient: Yes. This…

Dr. Apsey: Yeah, okay.

Warren Dental Patient: And rubber bands.

Dr. Apsey: The whole ordeal. So you had 2 phases of treatment, but let’s see. Now if to do it again, would you? Would you do it again for the smile that you have?

Warren Dental Patient: Yeah, oh, yeah.

Warren Dental Patient: And I just got whitening stuff too so my teeth might look really white too.

Warren Dental Patient: No problem. Yeah, I didn’t get insurance and I have the claims like $175 for 2 visits, which is really nice. I wouldn’t have gone to any other dentist, and no other dentists do that. I refuse to.
