In response to changes in the local economy and the loss of dental insurance by many, Dr. Gregory Apsey has decided to set up a discount dental program. This program is available to patients who do not have any dental insurance, and to patients who’s dental insurance will not cover them in Dr. Apsey’s office.
Initiating fees are as follows:
$250.00 per adult
$150.00 per child
Once this fee is paid, the patient is eligible for two cleanings, two check-ups, and necessary x-rays taken in those appointments. These appointments must be had within a seven month period. All additional services for a period of twelve months from the initial fee including additional x-rays, exams, fillings, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, additional cleanings, periodontal services, oral surgery procedures will be offered at a 20% discount. Fees for those services will be paid at the time of service with cash, check, or Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. If you will be using Care Credit, your discount will be 10% rather than 20% because of the 10% fee Dr. Apsey pays to Care Credit for the use of this service. If you are unable to pay at the time of service and payment arrangements have been made prior to starting treatment, services will be charged at full fee.
There are some limitations to this program. Implant related services such as implant supported crowns and bridges, complex precision attachment partial dentures and complex precision attachment complete dentures will not be discounted.
Orthodontic treatment will be discounted at 20% if the entire fee is paid at the beginning of treatment. If the treatment will be paid over time, the fees will not be discounted.
