Warren Dentist Thanks a Long Time Patient

Warren Dentist: Hi, I’m Dr. Gregory Apsey here in Warren Michigan at 11270 13 Mile road, phone number 586 573 7700, and I’m talking today with one of my patients, Philip. He’s been a patient of mine for many years, and I just want him to give you his thoughts about our office. It might be helpful to you. Okay? Hi, Phil!

Warren Dental Patient: Hi, Doctor Greg.

Warren Dentist: How are you today?

Warren Dental Patient: Fine, thank you.

Warren Dentist: So tell us about how long has it been since, that you’ve been with me in this office.

Warren Dental Patient: I’ve been with you for probably 20 years plus.

Warren Dentist: Right. It’s been quite some time.

Warren Dental Patient: It’s been a long, a long road. But it’s been a very enjoyable road.

Warren Dentist: We’ve done a lot with you over the years, right?

Warren Dental Patient: Yes, we have. We’ve done braces and crowns and root canals and, I’ve had a fantastic journey. But I still have my teeth, thanks to you and the staff here. It’s phenomenal.

Warren Dentist: All right. Well thank you so much for being my patient all these years. And so what is it about the office, what are the things here that you like?

Warren Dental Patient: The first and foremost is you, as a doctor. You’re very caring, very personal. You care about your patients. You care about each individual. You never get a bum’s rush. Never received a bum’s rush from anybody, even though were at times very very busy. The staff is phenomenal. The hygienists are phenomenal. Everybody in general is phenomenal. Even if there are different issues that come up, you’re willing to work with me, and if you work with me, you know it for a fact over the years. My family comes here. You know, my grandson is starting coming here. And my granddaughter’s also be coming here soon. So, you know, we keep it in the family. It’s, fantastic. We love it.

Warren Dentist: Wow. We love you too, you know, we, we feel like we’re family. You know, after all these years we know you so well and it’s really nice that you, trust us and that you’re here with us for all these years, so thanks for being my patient.
