Dr. Apsey: I’ve just been noticing that you’ve been my patient for quite some time. It seems like it’s been, I checked your records, since 1991.
Dental Patient: That’s right.
Dr. Apsey: Well, what keeps you coming’ back?
Dental Patient: Well, because I’ve been very satisfied, and you’re the gentle dentist. I am never in pain when I come here, and I sit still and I do what you say, and it always works out well. And I never have any complaints or complaint afterwards.
Dr. Apsey: Oh, that’s so good to hear.
Dental Patient: Well, you take very good care of me and your staff also.
Dr. Apsey: Well, we really appreciate you being here, and part of our practice. And you’re like family.
Dental Patient: And I’m going to continue to be part of the family here.
Dr. Apsey: Great.
Dental Patient: And make sure I’m here every 6 months.

Dr. Apsey: And what did you have done today on your tooth?
Dental Patient: Today I had a filling on my bridge.
Dr. Apsey: Right, at the edge of your bridge.
Dental Patient: Yes.
Dr. Apsey: And how did that go?
Dental Patient: I did very well even without getting my Novocain in there.
Dr. Apsey: You didn’t even need Novocain today?
Dental Patient: No.
Dr. Apsey: Well, good. So you can walk away and you’re not even numb.
Dental Patient: Right.
Dr. Apsey: Good. Well, it’s so nice having you as a patient here so, thank you so much for all the good years.
